CORBY Town got off to a winning start as they defeated Hinckley LRFC at Leicester Road Stadium.
After a quiet first half, the visitors took the lead in the 66th minute.
The breakthrough came via a counterattack, Fletcher Toll opening the scoring when he got on the end of a Jack O’Brien cross.
The visitors doubled their lead, sealing the points in the 81st minute when Tristan Thompson-Matthews released a rocket from outside the box into the top corner. The stunning effort gave Jake Laban no chance in the Hinckley goal....
