PONTEFRACT Collieries and Consett AFC played out an entertaining draw in West Yorkshire.
After a quiet first half, the home side’s Danny Burns broke the deadlock just before halftime, heading in from Jack Green-hough’s long throw.
Pontefract controlled much of the second half but couldn’t extend their lead.
Consett then equalised when Isaac Walker cut inside from a short corner and fired into the far corner.
It would prove to be the goal that secured a point for the visitors.
