■ RUSHDEN & DIAMONDS faced a challenging match-up against a commanding Khalsa side.
Diamonds started strongest, edging the first 25 minutes, but failed to test the Khalsa goalkeeper before the tide turned.
Simeon Cobourne opened the scoring with a clinical finish, the ball flying into the top corner.
Cobourne doubled the lead after 42 minutes, his volley leaving Ben Heath with no chance.
Diamonds skipper Jarvis Wilson received his marching orders in the 61st minute, earning a second yellow before Khalsa wrap...
