THE harsh sending offof Trafford full-back Sean Higgins proved to be the turning point as Town strolled to victory in a dominant performance.
The hosts started well with Damola Sotona and Brad Byrne going close before Ethan Vale fired Town ahead on the half hour.
Seven minutes later, Higgins received his marching orders after winning the ball but catching Jack Sherratt, and a curling drive into a top corner by Jake Twyford in the 54th minute doubled the lead.
