A LANCE Williams header in the first minute was Kings’ sole threat on the City goal until the 35th minute when Charne Lemba forced home a corner after a goalmouth scramble.
Previously, Bailey Stevenson had hit the crossbar when the Citizens had been awarded a penalty and Kings rode their luck to go in ahead at the interval.
Kings upped a gear and a glancing point blank header from Josh Anthony was superbly turned onto the post by keeper Joe Welch, but Eddie Corbit levelled the score following a free kick.
