■ DUNSTON and Grimsby Borough shared the spoils in a game that offered very little, with both sides struggling in the final third.
The best two chances for the hosts fell in the opening five minutes as Scott Robson squandered both opportunities from close range.
Dan Lowson produced an excellent save in the second half to deny the visitors, tipping Alfie Taylor’s header over the crossbar.
Dunston were reduced to ten men with 15 minutes to go when Phil Turnbull was shown a straight red card for a late challenge.
