WORCESTER City strengthened their hold on third place with a solid win over Coventry Sphinx, courtesy of two second-half goals from Taylor Townsend and Elliott Hartley.
The breakthrough came when a surging run from Worcester split the Sphinx defence, allowing Townsend to finish calmly from close range.
Minutes later, Hartley doubled the lead, taking advantage of another defensive error to slot the ball past goalkeeper Charlie Woods and put the game beyond reach.
