NANTWICH continued their strong home form with a fast start, claiming a deserved victory over their visitors.
The home side took the lead within 82 seconds when Kai Evans’s cross sailed over the keeper and into the far corner.
The Dabbers pushed for a second, with Callum Saunders nearly doubling the lead after beating the keeper to the ball, only to see his dinked finish drift wide. Early in the second half, Kelvin Mellor came close with a powerful shot from outside the box.
