■ WALTHAMSTOW grabbed a deserved win on an afternoon where football was very much secondary at Wadham Lodge.
Kaylen Dennis, a 17-yearold member of Walthamstow’s U23 team, had died suddenly after a game earlier in the week. The crowd observed a minute’s silence followed by spontaneous applause for this clearly well-loved young man.
