A STALEMATE was probably a fair result between Kidlington and Beaconsfield Town in a game lacking any real efforts on goal, played on an extremely heavy pitch at Yarnton Road.
Beaconsfield’s only real chance of note came in the first half when new man Usman Lalustani found himself one on one with Kidlington’s goalkeeper. However, a good save with his feet kept the scoreline level.
Kidlington then had a chance of their own, but were denied by a brilliant block by Ben Tricker.
