Debutant Zaid-Al-Hussaini opened the goal-glut after seven minutes with a fine run down the left and firing a volley into the top corner.
A ten-minute stoppage for an injury to Beckenham keeper James Batt followed.
Kamani McFarlane doubled the score from the penalty spot after he had been brought down by Batt, but Steve Townsend pulled one back three minutes later when left unmarked.
