■EXMOUTH Town came out on top for the first time in three meetings between the sides this season.
They opened the scoring after 15 minutes when Matt Wright met a Sam Morcom cross to outmuscle the defence, turn and fire home.
As Town continued to create the better chances Ben Taylor saved well to deny Ollie Knowles and Aarron Denny.
The second goal came after 53 minutes when the referee waved play on as Denny came from behind to beat the offside flag before squaring for Callum Shipton to beat the covering defender to score.
