■ STOTFOLD inflicted further misery on basement-dwellers Rayners Lane with a comfortable victory at the JSJ Stadium.
Henry Snee opened the scoring after ten minutes, deftly lobbing the ball over the advancing Charlie Patmore.
Just before the break, Snee got his second of the afternoon, calmly sending Pat-more the wrong way from the penalty spot.
Rayners Lane tried to get back into the game after the break, but Stotfold had answers to every question posed.
