■ HENDON left it late to snatch a win against fellow strugglers Ascot.
The visitors took the lead in the fifth minute – Cameron Rohalt-Brown controlled and drilled home a deep cross from Jahaim Kamara.
A Victor Ferrini pile-driver that Kie Plumley tipped against the bar was Hendon’s best first-half moment.
In the second half, the Greens were in complete control and equalised through skipper Dave Diedhiou after 54 minutes, netting after a corner had not been cleared.
