■ THE final score flattered Felixstowe & Walton who were given a run for their money by the home side.
For the first half Lowestoft looked capable of giving the league leaders a tough game.
The Trawlerboys took the lead in the 14th minute with Aaron Bullent heading Sayer’s cross past Wright. Felixstowe levelled the scores in the 33rd minute through Toby Stevenson.
The Seasiders then took the lead two minutes before the break with Jose De la Paz’s pace taking him clear to shoot across Ben Self.
