JERSEY Bulls defeated Merstham at a very sunny but equally chilly Springfield Stadium.
In the seventh minute, Toby Ritzmer was brought down just outside the penalty area and Francis Lekimamati curled the free-kick past the flat-footed Rob Tolfrey into the net.
In stoppage time, Tolfrey partially saved from Miguel Carvalho, and Matt Drage hacked the ball away from the goal-line.
