■ HERNE BAY moved to within nine points of the play-offs and two behind Merstham after they won at the Hybrid Fitness Centre stadium.
All the goals came in the last 15 minutes of the first half as Blues took the lead just after the half-hour mark when Johan Caney-Bryan beat Rob Tolfrey.
