■ NATHAN Brathwaite’s 91st-minute goal, knocked past Fred Burbidge in the Ware net after a move that had opened up the home defence, gave Enfield the points in what had been an otherwise grim struggle.
Neither side reached the heights in a match which saw Enfield negate anything Ware tried to put together with some sharp tackling and hard work.
Both teams failed to test the other goalkeeper in the first half but both managed two shots on target after the break in what continued to be a frustrating afternoon until Brathwaite struck.
