It was a tight game with no quarter asked or given and one goal always looked as though it would be enough. It arrived in the 89th minute as substitute Temi Akinbusoye scored from close range.

and Tyler McGregor saved well from Lawrie Marsh. Hitchin worked their way into the game and Diogo Freitas-Gouveia volleyed wide. Callum Kane and Taylor Rhiney came close for Hitchin, but it was goalless at half-time....
