■ HASSOCKS boosted their survival hopes with an emphatic win over Erith.
The Robins were dominant from the outset and made the breakthrough after 31 minutes. An aerial scramble in the box saw Ben Shroll’s initial header saved, but the midfielder reacted quickest to volley home from close.
Shroll doubled the advantage after 59 minutes, showing sharp control to chest down a corner and fire in his second of the afternoon as Erith struggled to cope with Hassocks’ set-piece threat.
