■ MELKSHAM deservedly won a closely fought battle against high flying Winchester side on a excellent playing surface, given the recent weather.
Both sides threatened with crosses in the first half with the hosts’ Leon Hardman and the visitors’ Raf Ramos trading chances.
Excitement increased close to half-time when Nath Davis was floored by Bradshaw, and a yellow card was issued.
Melksham looked the more dangerous throughout, and the winner came when a Davis ball into the box was laid back by Olly Mehew for Will Christopher to smash ho...
