FELIXSTOWE & Walton United secured a vital win over Stanway Rovers in blustery conditions on Friday evening.
The Seasiders led at the break in a first half of few chances, with the wind playing a key role in the opener as Toby Stevenson’s corner drifted straight in at the far post.
Stanway enjoyed plenty of possession and had a free-kick charged down when it looked goalbound, while Sam Ford tested away keeper Callum Robinson early in the second half.
