LEVERSTOCK Green earned a fantastic three points against second-placed Hitchin in a see-saw game of three penalties.
Taylor Rhiney gave the visitors the lead in the 30th minute from the spot, while Jeffrey Sekyere missed a good chance to equalise after 41 minutes.
The scores were level in the 59th minute when Carmicheal Uchenna went on a solo run before setting up Radu-Mihai Stefanoaica to smash home.
A foul by the Hitchin keeper on Joe McCarthy gave Leverstock a penalty in the 74th minute, which Sekyere scored.
