■ WITHAM Town were the victors in a game that saw five goals but relatively little chances.
The first half saw almost no action in the penalty area, but the hosts took the lead through Ryan Sharman who converted thanks to a cross from smooth counterattack.
Mildenhall came out firing in the second half, and after a good through ball, Nicholson slid it past the oncoming keeper to double their lead.
The Hall should have had the win sewn up at that point, but three goals in 15 minutes saw Witham steal all of the points.
