HARRY Lucas broke the deadlock inside two minutes after Archie Ferris’ header put it on a plate for the defender to tap home his fifth of the season.
However, Frome were restricted playing their style of football in the first 45, with Bideford playing a more aggressive approach.
Forward Sam Meakes was able to convert with his head and powered the ball into the net with ten minutes to go.
