MALVERN maintained their playoff hopes by beating Falmouth Town, who slipped into the relegation zone with this reverse.
Seven minutes before half-time, Hillsiders’ frontman Harry Clark fired home after Joe Bullock’s effort had been parried by Morgan Coxhead.
Falmouth levelled matters after 51 minutes, a right-wing cross being turned into the net by an unmarked Oscar Massey.
Parity lasted only five minutes and it was Clark who restored the lead with his second goal, set up by skipper Joe Tumelty.
