BRIGHTLINGSEA Regent’s early goal was enough to take all three points against play-off chasers Wroxham.
The hosts had an ideal start, taking the lead within two minutes, as Shane Temple headed in from an excellent deep cross by Fin Adams.
Wroxham took a while to get going, but as the game grew, they started to look dangerous in possession.
The visitors came close through Jordan King, but were prevented after a fine save from Luke Avenall.
