TITLE hopefuls AFC Croydon kept the pressure on Three Bridges as the league enters the run-in, the Rams scoring two early goals to win an entertaining contest at Mayfield Stadium.
The visitors probably shaded the opening exchanges but by the time they forced a save from Amadou Tangara in the Croydon goal they were 2-0 down.
The hosts scored the opener after 18 minutes, following a defensive mishap which allowed Stanley Oldfield to seize his chance, and bundle the ball into the far corner.
