STANWAY Rovers left it late to fend off play-off rivals Gorleston and keep the Norfolk side resigned to a place just outside the top five.
In a turgid outing, the hosts took a large majority of the clash to get going. Yet, when they did, it was in dramatic circumstances.
In the 84th minute, substitute Darren Mills was given his marching orders by referee Sam Wigington.
