EASTBOURNE Town rallied ■ late on to secure all three points against fellow mid-table side Sheppey United.

It was the hosts who got off to the dream start at The Saffrons as Ollie Davies had space 30 yards out before driving towards goal and then firing past Will Heater.
Jude Macdonald’s side continued to lead until 20 minutes from time when Sheppey skipper Danny Leonard drew his side level. But a set-piece of their own saw Town restore their lead with seven minutes to go when Sonny Walsh headed in at the near post.
