MERSTHAM warmed up for
■ their Surrey Senior Cup final appearance with an emphatic win over East Grinstead.
The home side started on the front foot and were two-up after 20 minutes when Olu Lawal turned in a Jimmy Basquine cross and Finlay Johnson scored from 20 yards.
Then, in a busy five minutes, a Louie Theophanous overhead kick for Merstham was sandwiched between Town twice reducing the arrears through Curtis Gayler and Steve Smith.
