■ LITTLEHAMPTON ended their season on a winning note at Horndean.
The hosts – also doomed to the drop – had an afternoon to forget, finishing with nine men.
Kieron Pamment opened the scoring after five minutes, beating Ryan North.
In the 19th minute, the referee’s whistle halted play and he showed a straight red to Horndean defender Kevin Ngombi before pointing to the spot.
Jordan Leyton made it 2-0and 15 minutes before half-time Pamment had his second.
