BLAAZE LAWRENCE’S finish helped Beaconsfield extinguish the persistent effort of hosts Hadley.
In the 30th minute, visitors Town struck ahead, after a corner bounced and fell to Lawrence, who made no mistake in blazing the ball home with a net-busting strike.
Following that setback, Hadley hit back and will likely feel unlucky not to have levelled, with Beaconsfield defending well when called upon and on-form stopper Eze Ifekoya pulling out an array of outstanding saves.
