IZZET’S IN THE BAG AT ROVERS

STANWAY Rovers have named Colchester United legend Kemal Izzet as their new manager.
Izzet, 36, has left Ryman Premier side Needham Market after four years, skippering their unlikely play-off challenge this season.
He replaces another former Colchester player, Karl Duguid as boss of the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties Premier Division club after he led them to sixth place as caretaker boss. Duguid will stay at Izzet’s assistant.
