The visitors had the first chance early on but saw Dan Trickett-Smith fire well wide when in a good position.
Corby hit back and a strong shot by Jordon Crawford was spilled by Ben Chapman in the visitors’ goal, with Cameron Healey on hand to head the ball home.
But a rash tackle by Dean McBride on Robert Stevenson led to a penalty for the visitors, Tim Grice making no mistake from the spot.
