RUNAWAY league leaders Basford extended their unbeaten run to 20 games thanks to Rob Duffy’s 48th minute header.
Duffy was on the spot to head in James Reid’s corner just two minutes after having a goal disallowed.
Belper started well, Alex Steadman’s header being tipped on to the post by Saul Deeney after 20 minutes.
Liam Hearn thought he had given Basford the lead a minute from the break but the flag was up for offside.
In the second period, Deeney tipped over Alex Hanahan’s shot and visiting keeper Danny Roberts saved...
