Heacham FC would be forgiven for getting bored of this promotion lark – they’ve just completed their EIGHTH successive climb up the Non- League pyramid.
The Norfolk villagers were crowned champions of the Eastern Counties First Division North after a 9-1 thumping over Haverhill Borough last weekend.
The club’s meteoric rise through the league’s has been nothing short of astonishing and has taken to Magpies to Step 5 next season for the first time in their history.
