NEWLY-promoted FC Stratford have appointed Arron Cheshire as manager as the club prepares for their first season in the United Counties League.
Cheshire, who was first-team coach at Hinckley AFC before leaving to manage Nuneaton Griff, has replaced Adam Parker at Knights Lane after he led FC Stratford to the Hellenic Division One championship before taking the reins at Pershore Town.
This season, FC Stratford, who groundshare at Stratford Town, have been moved sideways east into the United Counties Premier South in the FA club allocations – their first at Step 5.
