Clapton appoint Mustafa Bashkal as their new manager

CLAPTON have appointed Mustafa Bashkal as their new manager following the resignation of Micky Weatherall from the Essex Senior League basement side.

Bashkal, a UEFA B coach, has had experience with academies at Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.

He said: “I’m really happy to join Clapton. It’s a big club in Non-League with so much history and a great following.

“I’m going to give my all to help the club fight for promotion.

“I can’t wait to be given the green light to get back to football and give the fans something to cheer about.”
