HIGH FLYING: Yate thwart a Chesham attack

CHESHAM kept up the pressure on league leaders Poole, but they had to do it the hard way after going two goals down early on against a Yate team who slip to the bottom of the table after this defeat.
Chesham fielded a new signing in goalkeeper Jonathan North who joined on loan from Wealdstone to replace Ben Goode, who has a shoulder injury. The other new signing was striker Zak Joseph, who joined on a month’s loan from Hampton and Richmond Borough, and who came on as a second-half substitute.
