POOLE Town continue to lead the division after a comfortable win.
It was a bit of a surprise it took 25 minutes of almost constant pressure before they scored.
A shot from Josh Carmichael smashed against the post and crossbar and bounced down perfectly for Ollie Dennet to head home.
Hendon’s only attempt in the first half was a header from Tom Hamblin that went just wide and shortly before the break Will Spetch nearly made it 2-0.
Francis Amartey had two great chances to score but took too long with his first attempt and was denied by Luke Cai...
