AFC Dunstable beat Halesowen thanks to three unanswered first-half goals.
A trip on Bernard Christie in the 20th minute resulted in a penalty that the same player slotted home after dusting himself down.
Five minutes later, a long kick forward caused confusion within the Yeltz rearguard and George Forsyth headed the ball beyond his own goalkeeper.
The lead was increased further when Jake Newman was allowed time in the box and he fired home to give the hosts a threegoal lead at half-time.
