The National League Board has deducted one point from Braintree Town for fielding an ineligible player in National League South matches earlier this season.
The club admitted the charge and was found guilty of a breach of Rule 6.9 for its player Marc-Anthony Okoye playing whilst suspended by the Football Association.
The National League South table has been amended accordingly and Braintree are now three points adrift of the play-offs but have a game in hand on St Albans City, who are above them.
