The 31-year-old, who will officially join Barnet on July 1, was named Dagenham’s Player of the Season last year after putting in a number of impressive displays between the sticks.
Before making the move to Dagenham in 2014, Cousins represented Colchester United, whom he made over 50 appearances for.
Barnet manager John Still told the club’s official website , “Mark was outstanding at Dagenham, he worked hard to get his opportunity in the starting line-up and when he got there, his performances were top-drawer and he quite rightly got awarded Player of the Year.
“His contract was up and I’m very glad he’s joined Barnet over others. We have a great working relationship and he is not only a good player but a good person as well.”
