The Step 6 side ended the season on Saturday in front of a club record crowd of 497 at Preston Park.
The Hare recorded their 36th win of the season, beating Hatfield Town 3-1 to finish on 110 points, 16 clear of Broadfields United in second.
Tash Jordan, Sam Shaw and Lenny Farhall, with his 36th goal in 38 games, capped a truly memorable campaign for the Middlesex-based club.
