National League South Concord Rangers say they are closing down until further notice to protect fans, players and officials from the coronavirus.
The Beachboys announced they were closing down until further notice on Wednesday evening after the National League’s fixtures were called off until April 3 at the earliest. The Essex club’s FA Trophy semi-final ties with Halesowen Town have also been postponed.
A club statement read: “In light of the most recent update from the Government on the coronavirus, the Football Association have decided to postpone all matches across all FA competitions, including those outside of the professional game, until at least April 3, 2020.
“We are committed to trying to complete all remaining competition fixtures and will be liaising with the relevant parties to establish appropriate options on how to do so.
“A further update will follow in due course. Thank you as always for your continued support.”
