A SEASON’S-BEST home crowd took full advantage of the free admission and saw Tooting take the points in a hard-fought encounter to maintain their lead at the top of the table.
In the opening half, the only noteworthy chance fell to Mike Dixon, who fired over after a good run by Sol Patterson-Bohner.
In the 59th minute, Tooting took the lead when Tenny Adebowale crossed for Dixon to fire home from close range.
After 72 minutes, South Park went close, hitting a post after a goalmouth scramble.
