DEFLATED and dejected in the wake of Tranmere’s playoff defeat, Micky Mellon re-stoked the ever-smoldering embers of the three-up debate.
“There has to be two up automatically and one from the play-offs,” said Mellon, whose side finished second to Lincoln on 95 points.
