INTERIM boss Scott Ruscoe admitted he was ‘extremely delighted’ after The New Saints overturned a 2-1 first-leg deficit to beat Gibraltan champions Europa FC 4-3 on aggregate and advance to the next round of UEFA Champions League qualifying.
After a disappointing reverse in the first game on home soil, Ruscoe was determined to put things right and saw his side take a 2-0 lead into the break thanks to an Ivan Moya own-goal and a Scott Quigley effort.
