If it’s goals you want, then go Spartan!

TONGUE-IN-CHEEK, of course, being constantly reminded of our own national side’s struggles at times in finding the net, perhaps one has found a solution.
Perhaps we should cast our eyes towards the lower echelons of Non-League football, say for example the Spartan South Midlands Division One last season where ‘buses’ were very much a rarity!
If I could elaborate further; of the league’s 21 sides, one third (seven) scored 100 goals or more.
And defences fared non too well eight with eight conceding the ‘magic ton’!
